01 General Terms

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit; otherwise, crediting may be delayed.
• Payments made in a third party's name or from a third party's account are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• We reserve the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions at bbn88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bbn88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit — up to ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn; only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable only once, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• bbn88 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

bbn88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Account inactive for an extended period (more than six months).
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Voluntary account closure at the user's own request.

Balance Return

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure due to a terms violation, those funds will be returned after verification. However, if fraud is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
